Migrating from Flask to aiohttp

We have a large Flask app and would like to move to aiohttp. We’d like to phase it in incrementally. Is it possible to host some app endpoints with Flask and some with aiohttp, or is it an all-or-nothing proposition? BTW, we want to start migrating a small number of existing endpoints. Hosting the migrated endpoints on a different port or on a separate app is not possible.

Thanks in advance.

AFAIK, there is no intermediate route/handler adaptor between Flask and aiohttp.
But you can achieve incremental migration using a separate reverse-proxy (e.g., nginx) in the front of your Flask and aiohttp instances, based on route matching.

Thanks, @achimnol. That’s a great solution.
